Our three-month "AI Developer Bootcamp" introduces you and your development team to efficient software development with AI technologies. Designed according to the blended learning approach, the bootcamp combines intensive classroom modules with targeted self-study tasks in order to achieve a sustainable "AI-First" approach in everyday development work.
The structured training in cohorts of a maximum of 15 participants enables an intensive exchange and individual feedback.
The content is continuously adapted to the needs of each cohort and to the latest developments in the field of AI, so that you and your teams always benefit from the latest knowledge.

Structure of the AI Developer Bootcamp
Our three-month "AI Developer Bootcamp" introduces you and your development team to efficient software development with AI technologies. Designed according to the blended learning approach, the program combines intensive classroom modules with targeted self-study tasks in order to achieve a sustainable "AI-First" approach in everyday development work.
Kick-off: Getting started with generative AI
The boot camp kicks off with a one-day Presence workshopwhich provides a comprehensive overview of generative AI technologies and their potential applications in software development. This lays the foundations for all other modules and creates a common understanding of the transformative power of AI in development.
Use Cases: In-depth practical modules
Every two weeks, participants receive a newsletter via our Learning Management System (LMS) comprehensive use case modules for guided self-study:
- Scope: 1-4 hours per use case
- Structure: Theoretical basics, references and practical tasks

An optional call for all participants to solve specific challenges from their day-to-day work or questions about the use cases and mini-tasks.
Use case retrospective (every two weeks - week B)
A mandatory session in which participants present and discuss their experiences with the respective use cases or practical application examples. These retrospectives promote the exchange of knowledge and joint further development.

Approach and didactics
Our training "AI Developer Bootcamp" is primarily designed to be interactive. Short theoretical blocks are followed by a variety of practice-oriented exercises, which are completed both individually and in small groups. The results are then reflected on collectively.
We focus on lively, inspiring learning and deliberately avoid a tiring "slide battle".
Our focus is on the mutual exchange of knowledge between participants and the long-term, practical benefits of the newly acquired knowledge. The positive feedback from our course participants speaks for itself.
In addition to collaboration boards, slides and exercises, we use gamification elements.
You will create accounts for various AI tools during the course. We make sure that you can create accounts as free or trial versions.
Prerequisites
- Initial experience and points of contact with large language models / AI chatbots such as ChatGPT, Llama, Gemini or Claude are a prerequisite. You can gain this experience with our training "Getting started with Generative AI" build up.
- Participants should have solid coding skills.
- Openness and willingness to engage with new technologies and concepts and to integrate innovative approaches into everyday working life.
