At a glance

In this training you will learn about SAFe® and the Lean-Agile principles. You will learn how to use Agile Release Trains (ART) and SAFe® practices to continuously create more value for your organization. At the same time, you will experience PI Planning and learn how to develop an Agile portfolio and lead a Lean-Agile organization.

You will also learn to understand the Lean-Agile mindset and how to use the principles and practices of SAFe® to support your teams, programs and portfolios. You will also learn how to translate value streams into a more efficient budgeting process.

Examination

The training concludes with an examination in which the participants can demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired. Successful graduates receive the certificate "Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA)"which demonstrates their expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework.

Prerequisites

There are no formal admission criteria for this course. 

Experience in agile procedures or an existing certification as Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar is an advantage.

Didactics & Methodology

This training is predominantly interactive. Based on short impulse phases, numerous practical exercises are carried out individually and in small groups and then discussed together.

We make learning fun and distinguish ourselves by not dragging our participants through a "slide battle".

Certification "Certified SAFe® Agilist"

This training prepares you for a test so that you can obtain the "Certified SAFe® Agilist (SA)" certification.
