At a glance
In this training you will learn about the role of the SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM). Traditional Scrum Master trainings focus on team level Scrum. This training deals specifically with the importance of Scrum in the SAFe® context and in a Lean-Agile organization.
You will learn how to successfully prepare and execute a Program Increment (PI), which enables alignment across all SAFe® levels of an organization. You will also explore the core elements of scaled agile development and how Scrum can be applied throughout the organization. You will also learn how to support high-performing teams as a servant leader and how to coach these teams to deliver high business value.
Examination
The training concludes with an examination in which the participants can demonstrate the knowledge they have acquired. Successful graduates receive the certificate "Certified SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM)"which demonstrates their expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework.

Prerequisites
There are no formal admission criteria for this course.
Experience in agile procedures or an existing certification as Scrum Master, Product Owner or similar is an advantage.
Didactics & Methodology
This training is predominantly interactive. Based on short impulse phases, numerous practical exercises are carried out individually and in small groups and then discussed together.
We make learning fun and distinguish ourselves by not dragging our participants through a "slide battle".
